Standing In the Gap Between You and the Government

I know a little bit about everything but not a lot about anything. I have an insatiable appetite to understand the why and how things work and are connected. Professionally, I consider myself a visionary with a diverse background that includes positions in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. My most satisfying gigs, though, have been as an entrepreneur working primarily with those who have been caught in the snare of the criminal justice system.

I founded Authority Staffing, a Christian business prototype in Fort Collins that specialized in employees that had been incarcerated. I directed all business aspects including creating a business plan, securing funding, recruiting employees and leading marketing and sales initiatives. Authority Staffing was recognized by the State of Colorado in 2016 and named "1 of 21 Gospel Driven Businesses" by Ministry Today. Subsequent to that, I was selected as 1 of 4 business leaders featured in a separate Ministry Today article on the topic of prayer with employees. "Prayer Power" can be found in the 2017 Building Kingdom Leaders edition.

My current business prototype is the American Christian Marketplace Authority, a private membership-based staffing solution specifically designed to fortify small businesses that have been decimated by Covid and to provide housing and other benefits for the worker members. The ACMA is modeled after the military and is a member of the Colorado Springs Chamber but not yet ready to launch.

In 2020 and 2021, I published my first two books in a four-book series of prophetic messages intended to guide us through the upcoming years. These books are written in an engaging style and in a way that even a child can understand .

Besides my entrepreneurial projects, I was the Director of Resource Development for United Way of Larimer County (Fort Collins/Loveland) during the recession of '08-'09 and led the workplace campaign team to a 7% increase in donations year over year while other nonprofits were seeing a decline in contributions. I was an Enterprise Account Manager for data center services/fiber optics with a boss who was one of the original Microsoft executives. I was a contractor for a nationally ranked real estate company hired to develop and implement value-added programs and I was the V.P. of Government Affairs for the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors in 2019.

I have a B.S. in Home Economics Education with an emphasis in Human Development and Family Studies from CSU in Fort Collins and I am married to Darryl Glenn, candidate for Colorado Springs Mayor 2023, since 2016.
